[RECIPE] Tzatziki Chicken Wraps

These are a go to for when you need a quick dinner that doesn’t involve ANY cooking! And my favourite part of this recipe, is there are lots of pieces and if you set it up as a ‘bar’ each person can build (or not) their wrap in the way that they prefer! And you can just serve toddlers or little ones the parts individually!

Ingredients:
2 Rotisserie Chicken
4 Large Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 Small Tub Pre-made Tzatziki Sauce
1/4 Red Onion
1 Medium Tomato
1 English Cucumber
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
1-2 Cups Spring Mix, or other Lettuce

Remove Breasts from chicken, discard skin and shred meat into bite size pieces. Slice onion into 1/8″ thin slices. Remove seeds from tomato and slice into 1/4″ ribbons. Slice Cucumber into thirds (approx 4″ lengths) and then slice lengthwise approximately 1/8″ thick to make ribbons. Crumble Feta Cheese. Place all Individual ingredients into a veggie tray and serve family style with tortillas and allow individuals to prepare their own wrap to their preference.
